Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Products fulfilled through Shopify Collective may ship directly from the supplier and may have different delivery times. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times United States standard shipping: $8, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days after shipment. Free shipping may apply when the order meets the free-shipping condition shown at checkout. Shopify Collective products: Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the supplier, carrier, product weight, and delivery location. International shipping: Available shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Products from different suppliers may ship separately and arrive in separate packages. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email when available. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders If your order is lost, damaged, or has not arrived within the stated delivery time, contact us at info@katysales.com so we can investigate with the applicable supplier or carrier.
